At Virtual Call Tracking, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our number one priority. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps within our business to help keep everyone safe.
Aligning with Government and Health Authorities we have an internal response to this pandemic, and we have procedures in place to allow us to continue providing the products and services we have always provided through this difficult time.
We are closely monitoring updates from the World Health Organisation and Australian Government regarding COVID-19, and we will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.
As our employees interact with customers, we have taken strict steps to mitigate exposure to the virus.
We have put restrictions on staff travel, limited the size of meetings, provided remote-work solutions, and continue to reinforce safe behaviour through social distancing and a focus on hygiene practices. We have implemented a zero tolerance on ill health and any staff member with even the slightest hint of illness is under strict instructions to remain at home until a negative COVID-19 test can be provided. This is all designed to help keep our staff and our customers healthy, so we can all continue to do business.
SALES STAFF: We will continue to visit our customers so long as customers can provide us with assurance they are practising appropriate COVID hygiene practices. Where we visit a customer it will be done so under strict hygiene procedures, abiding by social distancing guidelines and avoiding all physical contact. We take every possible measure to minimise risk to both our staff and our customers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: We will continue to supply phone support only.
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed. Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work, and we have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 and is asked to self-isolate.
The safety of staff, our customers and the general community at large is at the forefront of our planning. We all have a vested interest to stay healthy and to continue to provide the products and services we offer. We would like to work with you to provide these services and thank you for understanding the slight changes we have made in the business to achieve this.
