Our Google Ads integration uses the Google Ads API to push Clicks to match against conversions, and to do so we require the following information added to our Googel Ads integration recipe:
To establish a CallTracking Conversion Action ID, you need to create a ‘Call Tracking’ conversion in Google Ads.
Before you start, you must enable auto-tagging in your Google Ads Account so that the Google Click ID (GCLID) can be used to push the conversion back into Google Ads. For instructions on how to check if auto-tagging is enabled, please refer to this Google Ads article here.
To create a ‘CallTracking’ conversion measurement, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: In your Google Ads account, click on ‘Goals > Summary and select the ‘+ Create conversion action’ blue button to create a new conversion.

Step 2: Here are the Source options. Select the source is like the ones who would like to use, but the decision at this point is not final yet):

Step 3: The CallTracking conversion is now set-up. Now we need to note the Conversion Action ID for our integration recipe. Click on the CallTracking conversion action to reveal the conversion URL:

Step 4: In the CallTracking conversion URL string is a ‘ctld’ 10 digit number. This is the CallTracking Conversion Action ID. Please provide us with the following information to us so we can complete the Google Ads integration in the VCT Integrations Platform:
